It was a very stressful time as I was also buying a house 4 hours away through a realtor and my daughter there. She is very knowledgeable, professional, supportive and kind. We received a couple of offers within a few days. She pointed out the pros and cons of each. One was conventional, the other FHA. We accepted one and proceeded. A couple issues arose and we gave them pretty much what they wanted. 3 days from closing they backed out. We had to relist and she suggested some painting to help jumpstart interest, which I did. She held open houses to help also. We received another offer that she didn’t think was a good offer. We let it go and a week or so later we received the offer that eventually led to closing. She always returned my calls or texts and was able to alleviate my concerns and stress. Call Challi for sure if you are looking to sell!!

Whenever we had a request to see a house, she responded quickly and got us in as soon as possible. She is very nice and didn’t treat us like a commission.

Highly recommend her for out of state and first time home buyers, like us! She walked us through all the process, answered our questions, face timed us. She is extremely communicative and easy to get ahold of. I asked a question about the home, I got the HOA, disclosures etc by the end of the day. She is very professional.
